Burns Lunch
   
This marked the first occasion at Parklea Association that we have been able to have a Burns Lunch.
With the new facilities now open, our Catering officerwas able to offer a three course lunch of Soup followed by Haggis, Potatoes and Turnip, and finished of with Trifle.
 
Sadly not all of our Service Users were able to attend, but those who did were entertained by the reading of some traditional Robert Burns poetry and the sound of the bagpipes when piping in the Haggis.
